@bauldelaire Yup, if the report is actually filled out with your major and such, that means you’re in It’s when your restrictions update and the stars report isn’t filled out that means you either got an SGR or rejected. I got my acceptance the next day after my stars was filled out.
@chanceme2014 stats?
Anyone who appliedto SCA got in?
Can anyone post a link to where you’d log in to OASIS and what credentials you use? Is it your ID and birthdate? Thanks!
what password do I use to get into oasis? I try using my you.usc password but its too long. Is there a USC pin I should have?
@chanceme2014 Congrats! May I ask where you are transferring from?
@zettasyntax What do you mean exactly by a restrictions change? My restrictions date still says 2/3. Do you mean that the date should change to something more recent?
This is how the portal looks like once admitted & committed to USC!

@dhailey it should work now!
@tinarose the links won’t work because it omitted a certain word
What does an SGR exactly look like? I believe I got one several weeks ago.
I have access to OASIS, but it hasn’t updated since late January. No option to submit an appeal letter… Transferring from UCSB.
Any CCC transfers receive anything yet? It seems like everyone who has received stuff up to this point has been from a 4 year, OOS, or on the TTP.
College Confidential doesn’t allow me to post the picture of how the portal looks like. Sorry:(
This is all the things I have access to now!
Congratulations, you are confirmed for fall enrollment at USC.

Admission Decision
Still no SGR or appeal on my portal. This is so frustrating.
Can anyone post wording of their SGR? I had a few transcript requests but I’m not sure if that’s an SGR
@AIS562 “We have requested your spring term grades. We mailed you specific instructions on how to submit your grades for expedited processing. We hope to receive the grades before June 30. We expect you will be notified of our final decision by mid-July.”
my SGR did not say that @badmintongirl . they sent me an electronic letter saying I have until June 30th to send my spring grades and if I don’t by then, they will be unable to consider me for admission.
@badmintongirl @nittinten do the SGRs appear in your you.usc or only on oasis?
@nittinten I also got the electronic letter that stated if I don’t send in spring grades before June 30, then I won’t be considered for admission. I’m pretty sure that that’s a SGR
@nittinten It appeared in my you.usc
@ElevatedThinking Yup, when it changes to something more recent, that means something is going on. In past years, if the restrictions change, by the next morning or so, your STARS report fills out with your major, and you should hear about your acceptance in the mail very shortly afterwards (maybe even the next day if you live close to USC). These are the only hints that OASIS access affords you. I remember checking OASIS constantly after my restrictions updated and at 2 in the morning, I saw the little pie chart filled out with my major listed and went back to bed happy
If the restrictions change and no STARS report is filled out by the next day (or the very next day at the latest), that typically meant either an SGR or rejection. It pained me to think of that, but the filling of the STARS report is apparently an automated process, so it doesn’t take very long. In 2014, my restrictions changed, but my stars wasn’t filled out after 3 days. The very next day, I had a rejection PDF in my portal.
