By the way I’m a freshmen and will be attending Peddie or Lawrenceville.
Congrats! I would suggest focusing on finishing out your school year before you start packing 
seriously though, finish up the year with your best effort and use the summer months to pack, read assignments, take assessments, buy books, etc.
I’ve thought about this for DD. If you are going to attend a formal dress school and finances are an issue, the spring will be an awesome time to stock up on clothes for next winter, especially sweaters if you need that two layer top thing.
I will start to pack over the summer, I just wanted to start a thread that will help me and other students
