2017 - 2018 USC Transfer

That’s what I’m wondering too @ashurikko

@ashurikko still too early to be worried

Dude I was at USC today and was thinking I neeeeddd my decision lol

I checked the “Submit Application Documents” tab and it says “none” for required documents. Is this where I should be checking for a SGR?

Does anyone know if it’s too late to edit my CSS financial aid report. I said I didn’t file 2015 taxes because I thought I could go back and edit the answer like fafsa but I don’t see the option.

Is there anyone else with TTP that has over the gpa requirement and still hasn’t heard back?

curse no mail on sundays LMAO

I don’t think I’ve ever posted on this thing? Time to start using this account to get out some anxiety. Why do they have to take forEVER to get back to us? I’ve already heard back from most of the colleges I’ve applied to, but I only applied to them as backups. USC is my top choice by far and I cannot focus on my hw, work or anything now because of this ugh

Edit-Oh I lied, I have posted on this before apparently.

What’s up!!! Good to know everyone else is freaking out too. I can’t help but think about it everyday  OK but here is the deal:

I dropped a statistics course this semester as my grandmother had a stroke and I had to take care of her. This course was later in the day while my other classes are early, it was becoming difficult. But now that I dropped I have another family member taking care of her before I get back. Now I just got into another statistics class about 3 days after dropping my current one but it is a 8 week intensive course. It’s fully UC/CSU transferable and qualifies for transfer credit with USC.

Now my question is, should I let my admissions counselor know this? I’m expecting a SGR as I am a sophomore but I’m not sure if I should tell her about the W.

@Tybgimas If I were you, I would email the admission counselor about this situation so they can add this info to your case.

Have any incoming sophomores heard back yet of either a SGR or decision who are not on the TTP? Very curious!

@nvz1997 I haven’t heard anything back yet!

This is a really really dumb question but is it required to apply for financial aid separately? I just sent in my application, I know that my parents make more than the typical income bracket and didn’t qualify for need based aid (FAFSA/CSS?) while I applied to colleges as a high school senior, so I didn’t do anything this time as a transfer applicant.

@Tybgimas definitely let them know! Better to give them that kind of information and explain the situation for clarity.

@renkim357 wait you just submitted your transfer application? The deadline was February 1st though (sorry if I misunderstood your post)
It is never required to apply for financial aid  its just there for you to apply to finaid if you need it. So if you do need it, yes there are separate applications you have to fill out specifically for financial aid to see how much aid you qualify for based on annual income.

@Panitaispretty Were you there specifically for the Festival of Books?

@mellyjune I meant “just” as in by it self, not recently hahah, sorry for the wording it was a bit confusing. Okay thank you so much for your response, got a little worried that it was a requirement that I didn’t do

@zettasyntax ahaha yes I was actually!!!

Did anyone receive a WGR having sent the grades months ago? I just received an email last Friday that I have to send my winter grades, but I sent them the first week of March.

@Psawyer113096 I got a request on April 13, and I sent an unofficial transcripts on the same day. On April 20th, I dropped my official one to USC Admission Office. In your case, I would contact an admission counselor to make sure they have received it. Have you received an email from USC that they got your documents when you sent them the first week of March?
