@uscdream19 my friend with a 3.6gpa junior taking bus calc for Marshall still hasn’t heard back. I think most of Marshall applicants who heard back have a high gpa and have already finished bus calculus.
@mellyjune that’s so strange that they would say it would be processed within 3-5 business days, it’s getting my hopes up lol

@ngujo96 Also it says that for everyone I think… I don’t know really understand why they said that because it doesn’t really make sense… but the wait is almost over so I guess we’ll find out sooner or later…
I get super sad every time I check the mail and there’s no packet for me. Oh the problems of being local.
@usc2563 Oh I so agree, also my mail comes early in the morning so its not the best thing to wake up to… Hopefully we’ll both have a pretty white box from USC in our mailboxes or on our front doors someday really soon!
@mellyjune @usc2563 did you guys sign up for the myusps thing where it sends notifications when you get packages delivered to you?
I signed up for MyUSPS and deleted it right after because not getting an alert will only just freak me out. This month is truly psychological warfare.
@mellyjune On the days I get home before the mailman I just sit on the steps and stare waiting for him. I should be attending to other things… like homework, I guess.

@ngujo96 I was debating on doing it, but then I would go crazy waiting for an alert… so… I didn’t
I have enough things to stalk already (mailbox, this website, my portal) can’t handle not getting updates from yet another thing related to USC haha
@mellyjune Omg same, my mail comes at ~10 am and if there’s no USC package I’m dead the rest of the day LMAO
@Shuisazn my mom started checking the mailbox in the morning and will yell ‘Nothing today either’
Like great mom, could you at least wait to yell that until I’ve actually managed to drag myself out of bed for the day?
@ngujo96 after submitting the additional documents, the status didn’t change for maybe another week/week and a half or so, don’t know if that answers your question?? but after it changed, it just went back to “application in review” and nothing has popped up since then
@mellyjune hahahaha I definitely understand :)) i’m on campus right now, but my mail comes to my house around 3 everyday, and since I won’t be home for until two weeks, I text my brother everyday to check the mail. our conversations usually begin with me texting “did anything in the mail come” and my brother replying “nothing” every. single. day… lol
@ngujo96 not having any mail come on Sundays doesn’t make it any easier either…
Lately I’ve changed my attitude though, when I check the mail, I just think of it positively, ‘today’s a good day since I didn’t get rejected’
it helps some, and each day that passes, is a day closer to hearing back with (good! hopefully) news
for once, I’m actually glad my mail goes to a PO Box. I don’t need another thing to obsess over lol

Hey guys, I’ve read somewhere that even if you don’t get accepted for your preferred majors, you still may get into USC as “undeclared”, is it true?
