Just spoke to a guy in the orientation office – he wasn’t able to give me a direct answer. I’m going to e-mail my advisor.

I chose Communication as my first choice and PR as my 2nd… if I knew Annenberg was that small, I may have chosen a different 2nd major… yikes. Hoping that stat is inaccurate

According to patterns so far and last year, decisions are released every Friday and takes 3 days to update in portal, being available by 2 am the following Monday. So perhaps the next batch dates are the 15th, 22nd, and 29th. I could be wrong about this if anyone has gotten a decision on a non-Monday day lol.
I feel like no Annenberg people have posted their decisions on previous threads. It’s hard to gauge what they are actually looking for

@arteest1 Yes, there are such few stats on accepted annenberg applicants. I heard that PR and journalism are especially competitive, not as much as communication i guess
Hey guys, so I woke up this morning and something in my portal changed. Now, in the required documents it says, “Transcript: (the name of my school).” Is this indicative of an acceptance or SGR? I haven’t received any emails about an SGR and I still have no messages in my USC portal, it’s just that I now have that required document. Any idea to what this means?

@collegegold11 I think that’s an SGR. Someone else in the thread got one and said if there’s a transcript request then that’s an SGR
Spoke to admissions because one of my transcripts haven’t arrived yet and they said the majority of the decisions and SGRs will come towards June 1st. Right now, they’re rolling admissions out.
@TayDee thanks for the update! Its relieving for us who have been expecting to get our SGRs soon, but I suppose they are doing direct admits first this year, (last year most SGRs were sent our late april/early may).
