Are any accepted students still waiting on their financial aid package? I submitted my additional forms when they were requested, one week ago, and am still waiting.
@gatsby22 I submitted a document Monday and am still waiting, @jonathaanv has been waiting 2 weeks
@penntousc ahh okay. Its all up in the air for me, although I committed I’m still nervous about the aid. Are you going to any of the orientations?

@gatsby22 yeah I’m pretty sure I’m doing the 14th, I have family about 3 hours outside of LA that I can stay with between orientation and move in week so luckily I only have to fly out once
Maybe there’s a certain time or date that they release financial aid packages, especially if none of us have heard back yet… I think I have a good idea as to what I’ll receive but I’m hesitating to apply for housing ($55) and pay for orientation ($350 + $130/guest) because I don’t want to spend a bunch of money on this if for some reason I don’t get the aid I need lol
@dvlance @Amaryllis85 hmm maybe they’re still mostly working on freshmen? @penntousc luckily we have a month to cancel our orientation reservation, if need be.
@gatsby22 are those orientation fees refundable if we were to cancel?
@gatsby22 It is almost 2 weeks waiting on financial aid for me. Would really like it before I commit. The office told me 3rd week in May is when financial aid usually goes out for transfers. So that would mean next week.
Well if most transfers haven’t gotten their aid yet, at least it’s not like orientation sessions are filling up while we wait

@penntousc I am pretty sure they are. @frustrated55 oh okay, thats not too bad actually! @Skepta I’m actually junior standing at my current college, but I am not sure what I will be at USC after my transfer credit report.
Lmao USC admissions is savage, right when you think you got the pattern down for decisions coming out, they switch up the flow on you.
I feel like all other marshall applicants have heard back in some way or another. Are there any other sophomore marshall applicants waiting?
