@ashurikko rejections are sent out as letters, so you should be able to see it on myusps in the morning when they scan the letters.
@Skepta If acceptances are mailed out priority mail then the ones sent out yesterday can’t be acceptances because they were first class. I’m trying not to sound negative but that’s what it seems like as of now…
Mail came, no package
Looks like my decision will be decided by the end of the day
mailman came with nothing but junk mail and coupons…
I just got off the phone with admissions, they use fedex to deliver
@ashurikko why do you think you were rejected?
@baseballlover21 that’s odd. Based off of prior admission decisions, it has always been through USPS.
Oh my gosh, what is going on, I just came on for the first time since last night and seeing all these conflicting things from USC admissions is making my head spin haha
Good luck to us all! Don’t lose hope just yet, you never know! <3
Yeah I totally thought it was weird also but thats what the lady said on the phone! But I don’t know if she was referring to a package or a letter
USC website states:
It is recommended that students apply to the School of Communication during their sophomore year.
Students accepted to the communication major will be admitted to the semester in which they apply.
Someone else should call and let me know what they say hahaha like ask them how they send mail or package out
The portal says there will be an update on the 30th. Probably will be updating accounts.
priority mail and first class mail are BOTH delivered within 1-3 business days…
I think we all just need to relax. There’s absolutely nothing we can do to expedite the process or get a head’s up on our decision. We’ll all know in less than a week. The less you think about the less unnecessary stress you’ll have.
okay, so I called admissions and a guy answered this time and I called asking when my portal would update since my decision was mailed out yesterday and he said if not tonight then Tuesday, BUT when I called before the lady told me to check my portal Saturday and Sunday? Who to believe?!
@brixnx I’m 99% sure it will be Sunday at 12-2am, usually always takes 3 days
Okay but I find it odd if everyone in this forum were to get rejected to Annenberg
@PleaseUSC I just checked. That was the page for current USC students for internal transferring.
