@lrecupero Anyone accepted AFTER June 1 or thereabouts was essentially wait-listed. They don’t call it a wait-list but until you get rejected, you are still in the running. It’s getting near the end of the line so don’t lose hope but keep your options open. All of you will be a success wherever you end up, USC or otherwise.
@lrecupero there’s no waitlist at USC. I remember an admissions counselor telling me that you get admitted to spring or fall but there’s no waitlist

I called the office today. Lady said mid july we mail out, when I reminded her that today is 14th her answer was around middle of July so it can be next week . Don’t understand why they wait so long if they were to send the rejections. Per my admissions counselor, all transfer decisions have been turned in last Friday. A week to send the decision - this wait has been so stressful and ruined our summer.
Yea I got the exact same answer. I don’t understand how the 3rd week of July is considered the middle lmao. Wouldn’t be surprised if we hear back towards middle/end of next week
They just need to update our portals and get it done with
@jane2017 when my counselor emailed me on Tuesday he said my decision hadnt been made yet. This is some awful communication
I’m not positive but I believe it varies by counselors. Some are done, some are still in the process. I believe for those whose counselors went on vacation this past week, they were done. I cannot fathom they would go on vacation during this critical period and leave their applicants hanging. I spoke with Admissions on Wednesday and the rep said not all decisions had been made. Hope this helps.
Just wanted to say, just in case this helps anyone, I received my admission package for Dornsife in Asia today. Would rather not say the country because of privacy. It said I can go in spring.

@uscdream4me I understand that could be the case. What I don’t understand is why wait till last to send decisions. Why not do as completed.
@ forksinmybox Once you pay the Enrollment Confirmation Deposit (ECD), your portal will update in day or two with a multiple of things you need to do…orientation included. Not a lot of dates left so sign up right away.
How long did it take before ya’ll were able to sign up for orientation?
