I have a question! If appeal decisions are due next week, what happens if a person who hasnt heard back yet wants to appeal?
@Wafflepiezz Dornsite major, 3.6. Keep it less than one page and have new compelling info. Show them why they should admit you and what you can bring to them.
@Wafflepiezz No idea. Some rejections have been sent out late June. Idk when they’re gonna release the rest.

@ahhhhhomg I was accepted and it said ‘admission decision’
@mkj120 were there only two options? On my portal it only says admission status and another option and then everything else is gone like financial aid and viditing days and stuff

Not sure if this helps anyone, but I just emailed my counselor and he said that all appeal decisions will be finalized by the end of the month.
My appeal was for Marshall.
@businessbri How do I apply for appeal? Haven’t received the letter from USC yet but portal said I got rejected.
@crack3rd As mentioned, there is no formal appeal process. Send a letter or email to your counselor asking them to reconsider your application and state your reasons for the request. It should include new and compelling information. There is no form to complete nor is there a formula to writing one as every applicant is unique but stay away from sob stories. From past years, the chances are <3% but you don’t try, it 0%. Good luck.
@kamyarzk David Jones is my counselor. But from what he told me most of the counselors made their decisions about a week and a half ago, its just that the office mails them out in whatever order they see fit, which obviously isn’t working out so well
Is David Jones as counselors are the only ones that have not heard anything? We called admissions today and they said in next 6 days. This is ridiculous.
