<p>hmmm, first post ever, happy for acceptance, this is a top choice school, very good GPA and AP course load, good extracurriculars and sports, pretty good standardized testing scores.</p>
<p>Honestly, somewhat stunned to have waited this long and gotten such a paltry announcement.
No word on specific scholarship I applied to, confusing statements on Financial Aid Checklist (they just scanned in tax forms sent in 3 weeks ago but have a new post about Financial Aid Acceptance Agreement sent a week ago, to us, but not received back???) What Acceptance Agreement? What Financial Aid package? I’m sure it will come in the mail but really.</p>

<p>First congratulations to all who have been accepted and for those who didn’t I believe things will work out.</p>
<p>Here is a post I post last year, the financial is available online every year as soon as you get your acceptances. This is what you need to do: accepted students need to open a NEW PORTAL but I am not sure if you can open a new portal without the letter.</p>
<p>Hi - I had to respond to what I read on your thread because something is not right. The portal you are logging into is not the correct portal. Where is says Financial Aid acceptance, that is the acceptance of your financial aid package, which is not available to review on this portal. You must create a NEW accepted student portal to view your financial aid. This information was given to you in your acceptance letter, which should have had an envelope in the back of the folder with the aid information. If it didn’t and your aid is done, then you will find it under your new portal. You need your id which Lehigh provides, it will be your initials, and 3/4 numbers that end in 16 (THIS YEARS CLASS WILL BE 17). Once this new portal is set-up, you need to log in and under Financial Aid section click “here” next to the word banner. This takes you to a new section where the financial aid awarded is listed. I hope this isn’t to confusing, I really believe your aid is already done, and I truly believe that that Lehigh doesn’t give more aid to anyone based on when they were accepted - only it could be lower if you missed deadlines. Good Luck.</p>
<p>Also, I understand that Lehigh’s merit scholarships consist of the Dean’s Scholarship of $12,000 annually, as well as half and full tuition scholarships. Does anyone know how hard it is to get one of these scholarships?</p>
