@hfalls1 it’s closer to 95%

@MaybeHarvard2022 Thank you!

Just heard back… Got in! Good luck to everyone else, hope to see you there!

I got in!!! I’m literally shaking so badly right now.

rejected :frowning: what was the phone interview/fee waiver some people were talking about in previous posts? congrats everyone!

Good luck guys, and seriously the people that didn’t get in still have just as good of a chance to get into the college as you did before.

Didn’t get in:( good luck to everyone else

I wasn’t expecting to get in, but I’m super excited to go! Are there any differences between the dates and if so does anyone know which might be best to go on?

Can the people who got accepted lost their stats please? Like income bracket, First-gen, etc.

^^ please!

I also just got accepted :)! Hmmm I’m not sure which date to apply for :-/ but I’m looking forward to this awesome visit and getting to meet everyone and experience everything at Williams!

@Porzinger Earlier in this thread is a great comparison of the dates

Edit: It is in post #77

Super excited to have gotten in! Can’t wait!

@oswidan @friendfiend
GPA - 4.0 UW
ACT - 35 (36, 34, 36, 34)
AP - three 5s and three 4s with taking 6 this year
Essay - I submitted one of the short essays we write every week, about 320 words long. It was the last one I wrote and I thought it was really well written. It was on the difference between Disagreement and Dissent, arguing for, against, or qualifying an argument that dissent is the cancer of a liberal society (I argued that dissent was needed but extreme dissent was bad).
Income - $70,000 ($10,000 was a one time gift from supporters to help us adjust back to the US)
Hooks - My family served as missionaries in Uzbekistan and Afghanistan for 4 years each and lived on the support of others during that time; we moved back to the States in 2013. My Dad owns his own business that fluctuates in income depending on the housing market.

I am not exactly a URM as I am a white American but I have lived in the Middle-East for half of my life so that kind of counts. My Mom has a Masters and my Dad has a bachelors though he got that in 2012.
