@oceansquare I looked this up on other threads and apparently the Postal Service allows for a sender to disable the package being seen on Informed Delivery and USC sends it that way.
So, last year, the issued date on the admission letter is April 21st, which is Saturday. Most Likely, the first wave has already been sent yesterday and you guys can receive it since Monday.
Hi guys! I’m really sorry! I’m new! I read on some other thread that USC will let some applicants know their decision by May 1st? I was wondering if that was correct or if we know anytime soon if we are hearing back?
@collegepls123 We’re hoping for that but so far they’ve told us May 31. Most likely some of us may hear before that but it’s rolling admissions so anytime between now and May 31 we could hear something.
Don’t worry guys. Decisions are coming!!! Cue Game of Thrones opening lmao
@transferusc88 Dude she probably did ngl lol but good luck to you!
Considering they haven’t disabled in previous years, I find it unlikely they would start now. Hopefully, decisions are today, but wouldn’t be surprised if it got pushed out later since nobody received informed delivery notices.
Anybody know where the packages come from? Does it say package coming from USC or how does it work?
I have 2 packages coming from ProStar fulfillment or something like that. Might just be something random
@JordanBelfort1 USC is coming out today?
Didn’t receive anything yet. Near Sacramento, California. Didn’t signup for inform delivery
@kcasssuu Near Sac as well. Haven’t gotten anything from Informed Delivery.
USC regular transfer decisions come out around 3 weeks after TTP, so I would estimate we get them this weekend.
@oceansquare @kcasssuu Near sac too. Haven’t got anything yet from the mail.
Btw, how do we sign up for informed delivery?
I think theyll release decisions on portal
@GoodAfternoonSir Go on their website and sign up for it (https://informeddelivery.usps.com/). They’ll ask you to verify your identity and I chose the option for them to send me a code in the mail. Once I got the mail, I added to code to my account and that signed me up!
Hope this helps.
Do rejections get posted at the same time acceptances are released or do they release rejections after they have released admissions?
@irigrotcart not sure, but I heard of a TTP rejection yesterday
@jj1999 hi can you maybe tell me what your major was and what your gpa was etc.? I am curious since you said you already got it
@USCprospector check the stats and decisions thread http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-southern-california/2124719-usc-2019-2020-transfer-students-stats-decisions-only.html#latest
@kcasssuu hey bro I’m from sac too do you go to a CC here and what is your major?
