If USC does not let us know by May 31, I’m going to send a deposit to another school. I can’t decide between UCLA and Chapman. Can i send a deposit to both and withdraw once I decide/if USC works out?
@transfer2019stu That’s exactly what I did 
I didn’t hear by June 1st (the deadline the year I applied), so I just went ahead and committed to UCLA as I didn’t want to risk having nowhere to go if things didn’t work out with USC. I found out a couple days later that I was admitted to USC. I did eventually decide to withdraw from UCLA and go with USC, but it took some time before I reached that decision. I was initially very disappointed about being a spring admit.
@purple229 I didn’t get an SGR the year I was accepted. Frankly, I would have been shocked if I did. I had so many units and had completed all possible GE’s and such with the exception of my foreign language requirement. USC certainly had enough information to make a straight decision with me. Not all applicants get SGR’s. Getting straight up accepted is best because SGR’s can sometimes add a significant wait. It took nearly a month after I submitted spring grades to find out I was rejected.

It has been two weeks since the last wave. I am really hoping to come on here at 5pm and see my notifications blown up with acceptance posts!
In one week I turn 20 I hope I get good news from USC before then

I’m suprised he/she got a WGR soo late into the year.
Winter quarter just ended a few weeks ago for some schools.

I don’t know why but as time passes I get more discouraged ? even though I have excellent stats
Bruh USC is so slow I might as well just commit to one of the UC’s I applied to smh. I hope another wave of decisions come out today
