Seems like I have been waiting forever for my decision. All my other schools have gotten back to me.
Hi everyone. I am a rising junior, chemical engineering applicant. I was WGR’d early April. For my winter quarter, I earned a 3.97 GPA, boosting my overall into the 3.8’s. However yesterday, I received an SGR.
Honestly, it is frustrating considering how many upper divs I have already completed for my major (I am a chemical engineering major at my current uni). Additionally, my spring quarter doesn’t ender until the 3rd week of June. Henceforth, I won’t receive a decision for a very long time. All housing options will be gone, and I expect most open positions in the uni will be full too.
Any other Viterbi admits besides @Jiminlovee? May I ask if you know any other admits @Jiminlovee? Thanks.

Update on housing:
I called housing earlier today and the woman said they’ll start doing transfer applications starting early June. She said we should find out about housing mid to late June.
Also she said it looks like they’re going to be able to house more transfers than last year
im guessing viterbi is collecting all the sgrs they need rn and could possibly finish before the weekend, or at least roll out a few by friday afternoon
nonetheless, im curious to see what the admit stats/acceptance rate was this year (post-scandal)
if you were admitted last thursday the financial aid statement is up!
I am just waiting to be rejected so that I can put USC behind me. All the great applicants here who got accept into Viterbi I applaud you. You worked very hard and deserve it! Fight On!
I have to put in a deposit by friday for chapman but I still want to wait and hear from USC. I applied annenberg, will I hear before friday?
Viterbi applicant here. I’m not expecting anything till Friday. Based on what people at my CC told me, it is usually the last school to release decisions. Just hang in there guys. Lucky for the very few to hear back already.
Is it likely that SCA will have another wave? I know that no one can actually answer this as no one really knows it’s just nice to hear other people like yes don’t worry! Even though they probably won’t have another wave
Why would SCA put off releasing rejections though if there isn’t another wave?
