I also applied to Price for RED, and I haven’t heard anything from them. I don’t think any price applicants have heard back yet.

@USCRED Im applying for the same program. @HeyItsNick is also applying to Price. I think I have seen a few others here and there who applied for Price as well. We haven’t seen anyone accepted yet.
I got into Marshall for Business Admin (my first choice was Viterbi) anyone know if I can change to Viterbi or double major and do Computer Science?
If I can’t major in it, can I do a minor in CS?

@amghot Not sure about the double major, but I know you can minor at least. My boyfriend got into Marshall as well (last year as a freshman) but his first choice was SCA, but he got approved to minor in it. I’m not sure how the double major works for transfers but definitely check it out!

For change of major or double major, you will have to speak with your USC advisor.
I feel like ive said this a million times but I’m just assuming I got rejected at this point. like yes i’ll continue to obsessively check every five minutes between now and this time tomorrow but still. this wait has honestly made me not want to go to usc anymore
@maheralsakkaf Don’t assume anything just yet. But it could help if you start preparing other plans just in case USC doesn’t work out. I think that we often forget that this is just the beginning. And we will end up where we are meant to be. Wherever that is.
For those of you who did not get SGRs, there should be spots for Spring admits. Therefore, don’t lose hope if USC run out of spots for Fall.
Still, at this point, Fall is very likely.
@mase31 I mean honestly, I’m happy at SDSU rn so it isn’t the end of the world if I don’t get in. I just want to know already so I can move on with my life
So I spoke to an academic advisor for Dornslife. She informed me that “Once you are officially here at USC there is a two-GE course requirement that Transfer students must follow (selected from GE A-F).” So one is welcome to complete all 8 if they can. But they are still required to take two GE courses of their choice at USC.
I thought this information would be helpful for current transfers and future applicants.

First-time poster, long time lurker.
I got an SGR today for Viterbi—my major is CS Games. Still have to wait a week for my official spring grades to come out. The wait is killing me!
@maheralsakkaf Yeah I get you! If it were up to me, I wouldn’t drag out decisions until the last possible day. Ugh. It’s not like the only thing we have to figure out is actually deciding on whether or not to attend a school. But yknow lol life isn’t fair.
