Does anyone know if everyone that applies gets a second application sheet and email for a Google Employee telling you to fill it out?
- No, not everyone gets it. They stated in the FAQ that only selected candidates get one. They only started doing it this year though, my best guess is that it makes it easier on their end so they don’t have as many unqualified applicants in their database.
