I see from another thread your DD is interested in a fashion-related major. And while I can see where Greek life would be appealing to someone interested in a career in fashion and/or business, there are other ways to get involved, like Fashion, INC.:

Fashion, INC. is a student organization for apparel design students. Signature events sponsored by the group include a “Fashion for Life” runway show of senior design work in the fall and the “Tee Time” show in the spring which utilizes re-cycled tee shirts in the designs.
