@Choco777 I emailed last week and did not get a clear answer, what do you recommend I should say?
@hazelbaxter1616 That’s great that you already emailed them about your situation. Just know that I have seen some TTP students not receiving an acceptance letter until late June or early July (from past forums). If you still want to email them and give them a heads up, maybe try…
Dear (last name of counselor),
My name is (insert) and I am currently part of the Trojan Transfer Plan. I wanted to inform you that I attached my unofficial grades onto my portal on May 14 and sent an official one to USC. I haven’t received a decision yet and was wondering if I should be worried? Thank you for your time.
Best regards,

Hope this helps but for now, relax and enjoy summer vacation!
Submitted my spring grades 5/28 and my counselor said it could still be another two weeks until I hear back.
Currently 12 days since submission, could be 25. It’s very frustrating to have to wait this long considering all of the things I will need to do BEFORE the semester starts.
does anyone think that we will hear back this week?
Just wanted to put out some information to those still waiting for decisions from Viterbi.
I contacted my ttp counseler regarding when I would hear back after sending my sgr and she told me around late june / early july.
I just got in! Got the email that my portal was updated at 5:22pm. I sent in my SGR on May 21.
Admitted to Marshall for Spring 2021. Email received at 5:22 pm.
@tahamojo @BAtransfer Congrats!
Do you mind sharing if you got an SGR and your stats? If you had an SGR, how long after submission did you get a decision?
For those getting in, and at this point - which is very random times, PLEASE put your major/school admitted to. And if TTP, please indicate that too.
It really helps those still waiting to see if there are trends.
Everyone is so tired of waiting.
More TTPs than ever still waiting, ugh.
But BIG congrats to those admitted!
Yes I got a SGR in April and sent in my grades last week on Monday.
I GOT IN!!! AHHHHHHHHHH

@Doodlesack - as I wait patiently for a response on my Appeal - I just watned to say THANK YOU for your encouragement! Positivity should be encouraged!
Is it usually around 5pm that decisions go out?
Hey @vegastransfer
When you applied as a transfer to USC, did you submit any letter of recommendation and any SAT/ACT scores? I’m applying as a transfer with almost 64 units with 6 of 8 core literacies and major pre-reqs completed. I’m not going to submit my SAT/ACT scores and will that hurt my chances for admission?
Hey guys,
I was wondering if USC looks heavily on high school transcripts. I had a 2.3 gpa in high school, but now I have a 4.0 at my cc. Also, is SAT/ACT scores required? Will it give me more chances to get in if I submit one?
@jlee415 I think that college GPA is more important than high school. But it’s probably a combination of both. I think that the scores are beneficial if they’re strong. I wouldn’t submit anything lower than 30 on ACT (and whatever the SAT equivalent is. of that), but thats my honest, nonprofessional take/guess.
@jlee415 USC does not require SAT/ACT if you completed 30 USC transferable units.
Kind of annoyed that even as a TTP I have to wait until basically mid June/July to hear back since my school’s semester isn’t over yet (SGR). Whatever, just have to deal with the waiting game!
