Thanks for the Natural LIfe info. I put it all in a cart yesterday and will now order with free shipping!
@4kids4us, do you live in Maryland? There is a World Market in Rockville. (I know thatās not close to the bay, which Iām thinking is near where you live?)
But, they do have a website also.
Same here. N. Va.
got my natural life shirts today - watch your sizing - the small shirt, the medium sweatshirt, and the large t shirt - all fit me fine (womenās sizes)
I saw this on Facebook and thought it was cute.

Native is having a great sale right now. If you use code EARLYBIRD it is 20% off everything and you get a free mini. Shipping is also free. My daughter had ordered the new buttercream scent and it smells amazing. I ordered the build your own package with Candy Cane, Buttercream, and Orange & Clove. I am a recent convert to natural deodorant and I know it is very popular with young adults.
I got my DiL solid shampoo ā the kind that uses no plastic and is shaped like a hockey puck. She had wanted to try some but was leery, and now that I use it I can be confident it is a fine choice. Also picked up Bite toothpaste tablets, a similar plastic-free choice but gosh itās about twice the price of plastic tubepaste so not something 20-somethings can do.
Socks from the Kittery Trading Post! Trying to support businesses that arenāt a box store or nationwide chain. Iām so old I remember when it was a fairly small place.
Headed to Native ā thanks for those ideas!
Suggestions from my DIL:
Thymes- candles, scents, bath salts, sprays, hand lotions, detergents, all in a variety of scents. She likes Frazier fur (Iāll use this site for my cousins, too.)
Divine skincare-facial cleaners
Fuzzy living-facial moisturizers
Facetory- Korean facial masks
J & K emporium - glossier lipstick
Iām just throwing things I bought from these sites, but each has many items.
For people who like to cook/bake - set of 3 Dough Press to make empanadas, calzones, dumplings, hand pies. $6.99 for 3
This thread is always my go-to place for stocking stuffer ideas. For us, the stockings are the highlight of our Christmas morning. The kids (now adults) usually get one nice bigger gift, and lots of fun stocking ones.
I do all the stockings except my own, and over the years Iāve been able to teach my husband the things I like. One regular staple in my stocking, that I love, is Body Butter from Trader Joeās. The coconut one smells SO good and is great on the skin.
My son who loves to cook really liked his high-end wooden spoon/utensil set last year.
Iāve barely started. Mostly b/c the only person who has asked for something is the 13 yr old. Heās asked for a PS5 and those are damn near impossible to get!!
But I did get one thing today. S19 was thanking me for getting him one of those vibrating face scrubber thingies. He said he hasnāt broken out at all and said I should get one for the 13 yr old. Kind of expensive for a stocking, but itās really small and I donāt like wrapping small gifts! LOL
@ChaosParent23 The PS5 isnāt released until 11/19/2020.
Also, TJ Maxx & Marshals has a few different brands of those face cleansing brushes.
I thought it was released on November 12, but sold right out.
Sorry, you are right. I was looking at the wrong week. Dates get all mixed up these days. ![]()
I picked up a few sizes of these individually at Home Depot. 99c to $1 + . A couple in each stocking for organizing cords.
Weāve been trying to get one ever since they released Pre-orders. Heās basically given up. He said heād be willing to wait until later next year when theyāre more plentiful, and pay for some of it himself. He really REALLY needs a new bed, so Iām trying to convince him to ask for that. He wants to upgrade his phone though.
I found these sanitizers at my Fresh Market. Smell great & are perfect size for a pocket or bookbag. The peppermint is really strong! https://shop.drbronner.com/collections/hand-sanitizer/products/lavender-organic-hand-sanitizer
These ones are great for the car. My guys like that they arenāt girly smelling. https://www.target.com/p/every-man-jack-hand-sanitizer-sea-salt-6-7-fl-oz/-/A-80129736?ref=tgt_adv_XS000000&AFID=google_pla_df&fndsrc=tgtao&DFA=71700000012767058&CPNG=PLA_Beauty%2BPersonal+Care_Priority%2BShopping_Local&adgroup=Health%2BBeauty_Priority+TCINs&LID=700000001170770pgs&LNM=PRODUCT_GROUP&network=g&device=c&location=1021047&targetid=pla-296303633664&ds_rl=1246978&ds_rl=1248099&gclid=Cj0KCQiAhs79BRD0ARIsAC6XpaVTCx4C600Ugi3Pvu1GSX-6S5Zi3mmO_t_B1iqXF2FWZHp0mS4BuHEaAmgxEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds
Target is also great for card games like Exploding Kittens, Phase 10, UNO, etc
I just found a site called uncommongoods.com and have been going crazy there. There are so many gift ideas there for everyone on your list.
I love uncommongoods - have gotten tons of stuff from them the past couple of years. Successful gifts have been - the bubble tea kit, the Italian cheese making kit, and the tea towels (various - tea themed, whisky themed, etc.)
I just recently came across Uncommon Goods and have stuff on order. very nice choices.
