Seems like they will release decisions on the 31st. They tweeted BY the 31st for decision or SGR, maybe they are just updating their system for a mass release then. Giving time for the people who wont have final grades by then to meet the SGR submission deadline of June 30th.
but the 31st is a holiday

Wow, this is ridiculous and painful for everybody. Are you kidding me?
Tomorrow is Friday. Monday is May 31, a federal holiday. All employees have it off according to their website.
It’s doubtful they will work on a holiday. It’s hard to see them working over a holiday weekend.
So one can only hope the big dump is coming tomorrow? That seems like the most logical thing but then again I see no logic in any of this.
