Does anyone know if transfer appeals in the past have been granted for the fall? I’ve seen only a few people mention successful transfer appeals, but they either said they were accepted for the spring or didn’t mention the term.

For the SGRs is uploading on the portal fine? or is it better to email USC directly?

No I’m OOS, wayyy too expensive

Portal.

almost always Spring

can someone help me out w something? i got into usc right before the commitment deadline (june 1st) for the school i am currently committed to, and i decided to go to usc bc it is my top choice and makes the most economic sense. my portal for the other school does not have any buttons regarding withdrawing, so i am not sure how to remove my intent to enroll. any advice?

Thanks

Don’t freak out lol. Just send the University you’ve submitted a deposit to a respectful email stating that you no longer wish to attend. You don’t have to give them specifics if you don’t want to, but you don’t have to attend that university, it’s a choice.

okay thank you. i will do this. i was just worried because on the commitment agreement it says that you will withdraw your app from other schools. but i didn’t even know if i would hear from usc until literally july so that isn’t possible.

Just make sure you’re secured with USC first.

you mean make sure to commit?

Unless they’ve changed their schedule, I interviewed in July and found out a few weeks later that I didn’t get the scholarship.

Yes

ah okay. i committed to usc, just gotta let the other school know but it’s the weekend rip

Don’t stress it, just let them know next week, simple email.

thank you for the reassurance
