The Cards came back from a fourteen-point fourth quarter deficit in Williamstown, spoiling this year’s “Walk”:
Epic comeback and great weekend for Wes Athletics
Field Hockey with win over Williams to head to NESCAC semifinals.
Volleyball with win over Bates is the #1 seed in NESCAC tournament for the last 3/4 years.
Both of these home games were well attended with great energy and support. This was something that was important to my D29 during her recruitment visits and Wes has not disappointed.
Men’s Hockey shows out at most home games-Saturday they showed up for Vball as Willy Wonka and the Oompa Loompas
So the NESCAC Title comes down to the Trinity-Wesleyan game again? Second year in a row.
It amuses me that Wesleyan’s only losses came against Bowdoin and Tufts and Trinity’s only loss was against Bates, three teams who don’t combine to be above .500. In fact, their combined records are 8-16.
The NESCAC is weird.
