Just got waitlisted. My stats are basically the same as the average except for my 4.5 UC GPA: 2020 SAT, 3.89 GPA, 24 semesters of of H/AP courses. I’m guessing they put a lot of emphasis on EC’s although I had a more than average amount of EC’s over a long period of time compared to the stats posted on CC. I guess my stats just didn’t stand out enough! It’s just so frustrating :(

4.45 UC GPA, 30 ACT, 18 semesters of APs/ honors

I got in along with the Regent Scholarship. I believe it’s more about context review, after a certain threshold, of course.
