<p>@MomofaMTson - Wow that has got to be terrible! I don’t even remember any of the auditors from Penn State speaking to me once throughout the entire audition, and they were like statues while I was performing, except when one guy (the guy who also ran the dance call, he was okay) started to smile during my comedic monologue. That was the only response I received from any of them. Auditors from the other schools loved that piece, so that was kind of disarming. Maybe they were having a bad day, and it was morning and yada, yada, but the other people that I spoke to who auditioned for PSU during my block mostly had the same experience.</p>
<p>@Starkid - I’m sorry! Those are all extremely selective programs, were they the only ones you auditioned for? I feel your pain, I’ve had five rejections in a row (four of them I assumed would be rejections, but they’re rejections, nonetheless). They don’t get any better, but as long as you have that one acceptance you’re good! Here’s to hoping you get into NYU, and if you don’t, you always have next year to audition again and for other great programs that you may not have known about before (:</p>
