My other question is, how much does my low math score impact my composite? If I improved that to 30, would my composite be closer to a 36?

No, math is not your strong suit. The composite is literally the average of the subscores. If the 26 changes to a 30 your average will be a 34. A 4 point jump would be a big jump. The SAT looks a little bit better right now. https://www.tntech.edu/admissions/actsat
Wow, yeah I didn’t realize. I have no experience with the ACT. I’ll be taking it again at the end of this month, hopefully I can get those 4 points.
