Bump. Will chance back.

In 2008 about 4000 students nationwide had 2320 or higher on SATs.

Your ECs are better than average.

You have a good shot at the schools you want.

But they also reject most students (e.g., about 3/4 of stduents with your SATs for Ivies).

So . . . what do you think your safeties are . . . is it Davidson?

And . . . is money needed?

Kei

Safety is UNC-Chapel Hill.

Bump from iPhone.

I’m almost certain that the number is higher than that. Do you have a source? I’m not trying to start a debate or anything; I’m genuinely curious if this statistic is correct.

its seems like 95% of the kids on this thread all have the same stats, 3.9plus gpa and 2300plus SAT, and you are all applying to the same schools. Did it ever occur to you that you may want to look at the other threads before you post, because most likely you will find 10 kids with identical threads

-UNC-Chapel Hill (in-state EA)—in
-University of Chicago (EA)—high match

-Duke–high match
-Davidson–idk
-Johns Hopkins—matchish
-Ivies --reaches(cornell/columbia/brown/upenn=low reaches)

The number in 2008 was under 4,000.
