<p>Yes, the market dictates and PSU is notorious for its often poor FA packages. They want not for students and tuition dollars.</p>

<p>Sons merit aid came well after his general admit to psu. Often times if you enroll in a particular college at PSU they will control the merit money.Don’t give up total hope if you have better than average stats.</p>
