Is getting 2400 on the SAT partly luck?

Yes, but barely. The College Board might throw 10 letter words on to the Sentence Completion.

It could be considered luck since for most people it depends on the exam, as in you might get a 2400 on the exam you take, but you wouldn’t get it on every one. Curve could also be considered luck. Who grades your essay could be considered luck. And it’s hard to go through the SAT without making at least one educated guess.
