250+ point increase!

Hi guys so recently i took the sat in october 2013 international and i got 1650 ( which is pretty low). I want to reach a score of 1900+ so i am demanding a 250 points or more. I booked my sat for may and june. I am desperate to increase my score since it will ensure me getting admitted to schools in my home country. I have all sat preperation and practice books and tests. I am currently enrolled in an sat score improvement course. I want to know how could/ should use my books in order to ensure my 250 points gain. I need a study plan like what, when , how should i cover up topics efficiently??
Thanks in advance, I apperciate your help!

That depends mate. You need to provide more information before we can help you … What books are you using? What areas in the SAT do you feel are the weakest?

What’s your score breakdown?
A 250+ point increase is hard but potentially attainable with work. Note “potentially”- not guaranteed no matter what fancy study materials you use. If you can increase it a little bit in each section to reach +250, it’s definitely more likely, but you’ll have to give it a shot and not count on it.
The blue book (official College Board SAT book) is really all you need unless you plan on being tutored or something like that.
If your problem is with the English, then read as many English books as you can (I note you’re in a different country, which may mean you’re not getting enough exposure to English). This is something I advise everyone- read ANYTHING, the more the better, as long as it has a decent vocabulary and correct grammar. That’s really the only way to improve at those sections IMO.
Math, apparently, can be improved more easily (or so I’m told- didn’t work for me…) with practice and familiarity with the types of questions.
Good luck!

@alcaraz @Hannaahbanana69 my score break down is : 620 math, 570 writing with an 8 on essay, 460 on cr.
Obviously critical reading is my weakest part. I have many books as barrons, official study guide, princetons manual, 11 practise tests for sat by princeton , many other books!
