I was recommending schools not just known for journalism but poli sci - hence SU Maxwell, IU - which is leading in polo Sci and has Hamilton Lugar for Intl Studies etc.
Those two have heft in the social sciences that Ohio and Mizzou simply can’t touch. They are both leaders - but steps down in selectivity - from NU to SU to IU.
I agree with the others that you are a strong candidate for Northwestern, though you will want to have a balanced list of colleges to apply to.

Northwestern has top Journalism program. I am especially interested in their Journalism and Music program since I am interested in both. I know pretty well I want to pursue investigative journalism, but there are still chances I might switch my major. I don’t want to go to a college where journalism is their only top major.
