<p>Yeah the person wasn’t convicted. $20,000 bail and will plead down. If not convicted, whats the status of this incoming freshman into college?</p>

<p>Innocent until found guilty, but I would advise that he double-check his school’s policies regarding criminal convictions, and ask his lawyer about the matter if at all possible.</p>
