Does anyone know if students can transfer into the 3-2 engineering program? I’d usually call the school, but I think it’s closed around this time of year.

You’re transferring into a university, not a major. What you can or cannot do after you get there depends on lots of variables including how much time you have left to complete all your prerequisites and requirements, and how many of those are transferable from your former school. The destination schools will probably require that you have completed every required course before they grant you automatic admission. For that reason, you need to consult both Wesleyan and the engineering school where you’ll be completing the last two years of the program as to what classes you absolutely need to complete by the time you apply.

All the required classes for the 3-2 must be taken at affiliate schools. If you are in one of the affiliate schools, you can do the 3-2 program.
