[3.3 UW] What are my chances for UCs/CSUs?

Hello! This is my first post here, and I’d like to know my chances.I am an incoming senior for 2016-17, and I have some mess ups here and there, so I’m open to honest feedback and suggestions.

Junior UW: 3.3 (yeah… I took 4 APs & 1 Honors but my honors doesn’t count as weighted for UC)
Junior Weighted: 4.0
SAT: 1920 (old) // waiting for June score
I have an academic dishonesty record in 10th grade, I have to check with my counselor to see if that will be on my transcript.
APs:
9th: AP Japanese - 5
10th: AP Euro - 3
11th: AP Art - 2 or 3
-AP Bio - 3 or 4
-AP Eng Lang - 3 or 4
-AP US Hist - 4 or 5
12th: will take AP Psych, AP Calc AB and BC, AP Govt
after senior year I will have taken 58 semester-long classes
ECs:
Key Club - 10th-12th (member relations coordinator 11th, graphic design coordinator 12th)
60+ hours community service
Filipino Culture Club - 9th-12th (secretary 11th, president 12th)
School Hip hop team - 10th-12th
Varsity Swim - 10th-12th (JV 9th)
JV Water Polo - 10th-11th
Did freelance/self-employed art job in 10th
Getting a job in food service later July

In order, I’m looking at UCI, UCSD, UCSB. My safe choices are UCR, SDSU, CSUF and CSUSM.

It doesn’t look very impressive now that I look at it, but I will be visiting colleges in the beginning of July, so I’d like to make some realistic visiting choices by then. I’d appreciate any feedback, and thank you for your time!

What is your UC/CSU GPA?
https://rogerhub.com/gpa-calculator-uc/

What is your Math and CR SAT scores?
Intended major?

@Kuumamon - Are you in SDSU’s local admission area or outside of it? http://arweb.sdsu.edu/es/admissions/local.html

You want to aim for an Eligiblity index (CSU GPA x800) + (SAT Math + CR) around 4100 to be competitive for SDSU. If you are local for SDSU, then around a 3900+ may make it.
for CSUF, you want an EI of around 3700+ and CSUSM should be no problem.

Your GPA is low for the rest of the UC’s and UCR would be your best bet.

UCI/UCSB: Low Reach to Reach
UCSD: Reach to High Reach

UCSB, UCI, UCSD- Reaches
SDSU, UCR- Matches
Others- Safeties

@Gumbymom My UC GPA is 3.69; I took many APs and Honors but I didn’t realize there’s a cap :^/
My old SAT Scores are 610 (math), 650 (CR) and 660 (writing)
If the old SAT works for the eligibility index, that puts me at a 4,212.
Oh also I’m not really solid on a major yet. I’m interested in Graphic design/fine art but that’s all I’m sure of.

@Fish125 Hahah I’m just north of the 56, so outside.

@blueguy99 That sounds reasonable; I’ve made plans to tour UCSB and UCI next week. Thank you for your input!

http://www.universityofcalifornia.edu/infocenter/freshman-admissions-summary can show you admit rates by UC campus and HS GPA (UC weighted and capped). However, be aware that some divisions or majors may be significantly more selective than the campus overall.
