Hi I’m a freshman at university of Rochester and I’m looking for schools that would be a good fit for transfer. I have a 3.5 currently and made deans list. I am interested in Colby college, Villanova, and tufts. Looking for suggestions and opinions
what don’t you like about rochester?
It’s hard to recommend a “good fit” based on your grades alone… What exactly are you looking for in a college? What don’t you like about Rochester?
Colby, Villanova and Tufts are all incredibly different from each other… Colby is a small LAC in Maine (a very rural state). Villanova is in a nice suburb of Philadelphia and has a religious component to it. Tufts is by Boston and has a completely different vibe from Colby/Villanova…
Tufts would be unlikely with a 3.5 GPA.
@TomSrOfBoston what GPA is good for Tufts? I’m considering, and I’ve heard it’s very difficult to get into.
