With respect to the potential majors you listed first and second, these sites may offer you ideas for colleges to research further:

What do you want - environmentally (urban, suburban, rural), size, weather, specific geography, sports, greek life, etc.

I mean, you can match to 300 schools.

You will be somewhere four years - find the right type of school.

If you like Yale, maybe apply to Brown and Wesleyan as well.

In my opinion, you don’t need more awards or additional extracurricular activities. Just keep going.

You really haven’t given us much to go on in terms of personal preferences…location, size, rural/suburban/urban, etc. So…what are you looking for.

I agree you don’t need “more” awards and activities. AOs I have seen address this have pretty much universally said they look for quality/depth over quantity. So doing more with the things you are already doing is fine.

In terms of colleges, one obvious suggestion given your interests is to check out schools in the DC orbit. This includes obvious ones like Georgetown, George Washington, and American. But William & Mary would also be well worth considering. If you are potentially interested in smaller colleges, I would suggest checking out Gettysburg.

As a few suggestions, look into Hamilton, Amherst, Dartmouth, Pomona, Claremont McKenna and UVA.

So how can I deepen these?

So something like debate is pretty obvious. You can debate more, maybe try out different formats, if your school has a debate organization you can take on leadership positions, and so on.

I am sure there is always more you can do with the community service organization as well.

Similarly there is always more you can do in politics, more campaigns you could volunteer for, and so on.

So those are some ideas.

Continue with things you are doing which shows commitment. That’s important.

As others have said just keep doing what you are doing
Just make sure your college list is not all reaches Yale, UVA if you are OOS
Add some Targets Mid tier UC’s and a safety you would be ok attending
