(while I landed in health care for much of career it is more education focussed than medically focussed - I love the medical side)
My social advice to myself:
Don’t be afraid.
(my parents were pretty strict and I was afraid to do much socially for fear of their disapproval.)

Have a plan.
Taking 6 years to get a 4-year degree because you change your major from fine art to Business Administration (Marketing) is not the best strategy. Going to 3 different schools to figure this out is testing the patience of the most loving parents. Paying loans for the 1st school long after you’ve graduated from the 3rd is particularly galling.
Start running NOW!
