After calling Penn Admission, I was informed that I have to send in all test scores - SAT I & II and ACT. I went to ACT site and wanted to send another ACT I took in 2008 (I have already sent the one I took in Sept) and it turns out that I have to pay $20 extra for archived scores (see the message below). I took the test when I was applying for CTD program at Northwestern University. I did not even take the writing test. It is crazy! Why does Penn need my score dated back in Feb. 2008?

“The scores for the test date you selected have been archived. Each archived report costs $20.00 more and takes an additional working day to process. The $20.00 additional fee is non-refundable, even if no scores are located.”
