Hello everyone. I am currently taking around 30 units a semester at my local community college. I am a Sophmore and have a 3.9 GPA. Last year I only did around 15 and found it very easy. I enrolled in two colleges this year so I can do 30 units without having to ask permission from counselors. I have just completed my 4th week and I have an A in every class so far. I am confident I will ace every class. I plan to keep taking 30 units a semester so I can finish the requirements for the IGETC and an associates degree by the end of the year. Assuming I have a 3.7-4.0 GPA by then & I do 5-10 hours of community service every weekend, What are my chances of getting into one of the top 50 colleges?
Are you a first year student at CC? if so they will look at your high school record SAT/ACT, GPA etc.
