30th birthday gift for son

I like to give something memorable for the 30th.
How about a money clip? Or a watch? Or nice noise-canceling headphones?

As mentioned above, you can install the device to play Sirius radio in just about any car. We had two different models installed in my 2000, with the more recent device being much better than the early model. The current one also operated as Bluetooth for the phones, but pairing the phones with the device was not w/o effort. But since you mentioned hesitating about buying Bluetooth since he may be getting rid of the car in a year, you might not want to spring for the Sirius radio either. It seems that almost every new car comes with it installed.

Re: cooking gifts. Does he have every knife he really wants? Three knives, wooden cutting boards, and a salad spinner are the only kitchen tools I used to take with us on beach house rental vacations.

If you are not familiar with Penzey’s Spices, take a look.

I always love platters & serving pieces of any size.

We gave him Penzys for Christmas last year. Two different collections. Yes, he has the knives he wants.

I’m going to look for a nice stock pot tomorrow.

And we have a good lead on a musical gift for him as well. We are getting there!

Got this today for $44 at TJMaxx! DS had asked for a pot he could make tomato based things in…seems nice.
