i got my act scores without my essay back yesterday. i got 36 math 36 reading and 35 science 34 english. i was so happy, but with a little calculation i figured out that i was one point away from a 36, which is a little heartbreaking (i think someone else said bittersweet, which is a better word).
i know the essay doesnt effect composite scores, but i would be so happy if it averaged out to a 36 just for myself
what essay scored would i have needed to get to raise it one point? i hear a 10 would drop my score…

Probably a perfect… It’s not actually that hard, I got a 12 and didn’t study at all. Just start out with a strong introduction, write as much as you can, and don’t be afraid to throw in some false information. Good luck!

hopefully. i didnt really study either, so im kinda scared my structuring is off. i used the 1st amendment and logic for mine…

Honestly I think one of the easiest ways to score a perfect essay is by making up information. As bad as it sounds, I completely made up authors and books for mine that conveniently had plots that supported my points. I only used one actual factual example, and it was about Kim Kardashian’s divorce…
