I don’t think it has to be that elaborate. When I was in 8th grade my middle school went asynchronous due to covid, but the elementary school was still in person. I went and helped out the elementary school science teacher everyday for a few weeks. I guess that could count as being a “teacher’s assistant”. I doubt OP is trying to say that her daughter had a long-term serious job teaching. I could be wrong though

For the OP - I don’t know anything about the CDB scholarship but a 36 ACT is extremely impressive (especially for a 7th grader)! Congratulations!
