I want to major in business and minor in theatre.

Is this school good for both those areas?

I want to someday work in the entertainment industry.

Also is it possible to double major in these two areas?

I would appreciate your answers!

Thanks

It’s possible to major in business as an undergraduate at Villanova. I do not think you can major in theatre as an undergraduate, but I believe you can minor in theatre. You need to check the catalog on degrees offered. That’s your job; not mine!

Villanova’s theatre program is a graduate program, so it’s odd there’s no undergraduate major, but that seems to be the way it is.

The business program is excellent (ranked in top 10 nationally, I believe, by USNWR). The graduate theatre program is excellent (my brother-in-law holds MA in theatre from Villanova and Dave Rabe, a remarkable playwrite, with a string of serious Broadway and off-Broadway hits in the 1970s, did his graduate work at Villanova).

Check out the new President’s resume- Father Peter Donahue; he has a theatre background also.
