I am currently a high school senior applying to college. I have already applied to some colleges just need to work on some extra supplements before due dates. I currently have a 4.0 GPA weighted and I got a 1060 on my SAT (not a great score
) I do have about 4 extracurricular activities that i was involved in over the years which were really great & some work experience. What are my chances at these colleges :
Syracuse University
Johns Hopkins university
Northeastern university
Binghamton university
University at buffalo
Boston university
The George Washington university
Brandies university
Clark university
University at Rochester
It would really help
Sorry for the horrible typos
@KaseyAlyssa You might consider applying to GW and Clark U test optional. Frankly, that 1060 will not be sufficient for most of the schools on your list. Google the profile for admitted students for 2017 for each of these schools and see where your stats fall. If your SAT falls below the 25% line, your chances for admission will be slim.
Check out the test optional schools at fairtest.org. There are some excellent options that might interest you.
No one can know what a 4.0 weighted GPA means without knowing the weighting system. Unweighted GPA is more useful.
What state are you in?
You may want to add an in state safety at minimum. Also look at the financial aspect as you will probably pay your EFC or higher if you get into a few of these schools.
