<p>On CM’s supplement in the commonapp, it asks you to write down four books that you’ve read in the past year? will it really count against you if you havent read anything in the past year? am i allowed to put down books that we read in english class? i know almost no people in my grade that read now-a-days…</p>
<p>You don’t read in the summer? You can put down books you read in English, but is there nothing else you could add to that list? Perhaps you could say you prefer to read magazines or particular internet sites. </p>
<p>I have to say, I can’t imagine not reading at all, both my kids read a lot and many of their friends read too.</p>
<p>i used to read a lot. but somehow i just kind of stopped… and during the summer i was pretty much with friends the whole time. wasnt at home a lot. the only time i really read is if a new book in a series that i like comes out (harry potter, artemis fowl, etc.).</p>
