420 on World History SAT

<p>So…I got a 420 on my WH SAT subject test.
I’m not embarrassed about that or anything, as I knew I was going to end up with such a score.</p>

<p>Anyway, I’m definitely going to retake it.</p>

<p>What review books would you recommend?
Also, feel free to post your score and your study techniques/tips.</p>

<p>the AP world history book for Barron’s is the best
even though its AP, it completely covers all the topics/subjects/time periods you need to know
in a succinct, pretty interesting read too</p>

<p>Djokovic: Lmao, believe me I know. That’s how I feel. But I can’t do anything to change it, so I’d rather not dwell on the past. </p>

<p>I had a sinus headache and just couldn’t really focus on the test. Oh well.</p>

<p>I got a Princeton Review book the Tuesday before the test, never having taken world history, and did pretty well on the test (750). It’s pretty dense, but if you had the time to read it all (I only got about half way) I think you’d do really well.</p>

<p>420 seems like a really bad score, but world history is incredibly hard. =( The average is like a 500 something from what i remember.</p>

<p>for US history i got a 730 but barely read the book. I just looked at my AP textbook outlines online. its free and I highly recommend it for APs and SAT 2s (i barely read the real text book, just read this site) course-notes.org</p>
