Which version do i get for any subject? 2010-2011 or 2012-2013?

I doubt that a 2012-2013 versions is out. Maybe 2011-2012 is out now for this year…

Obviously, people usually choose the newer one. I can tell you that 2010-2011 doesn’t have the new scoring rules in it. I’ve had the 2010-2011 versions for this past year of APs; it still talks about the old way of scoring the multiple choice sections of AP exams. I’d get 2011-2012, since that is the upcoming school year that I’d assume you’re asking about this for.

No, the 2012/2013 version recently came out. Just last night I ordered a 2012-2013 book from the 5 Steps to a 5 series.

But regardless, it’s always better to get the more recent version. I think a few subjects are actually changing curriculum-wise a bit. But for the most part, 2011-2012 versions should be fine. It’s usually a dollar difference anyway.

Well I find it hard to believe that 2012/2013 would be out, when it’s 2011, but if it is, then you could just go with that. Just don’t get 2010/2011 because the scoring isn’t right. Get 2011/2012 or 2012/2013 then.

yeah the 1 dollar difference doesn’t matter to me. I just want to study the wrong curriculum. I’m going to get Micro/Macro, Chemistry and Spanish. Are the 2012-2013 versions best?

They’re going to be best for any subject. I don’t think those subjects are changing specifically, but get the 2012-2013 anyway. It’s your best bet.
