?

So, two yards worth of feet and still no real clues?

Oh. My. God. I guess I can cross “Beachcombing in British Columbia” from the list of our possible summer vacation activities.

“Smith and others have already put forth the hypothesis that the feet have washed ashore because they were encased in buoyant running shoes.”

Ah HA!

I don’t know what it means, but it means something… something that doesn’t bode well for running shoes…

Bunsen wasn’t that on the ‘100 things to do before you die’ list?

Guess it’s only 99 things now.

Or runners…

Something weird’s afoot…

Betcha the officer involved never imagined he’d be saying that particular collection of words.

Hey, check this out - the latest foot was actually a PAW?

[Local News | Latest “foot” found on Vancouver Island a hoax | Seattle Times Newspaper](http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/2008007110_webfoot19m.html)

Yes, BunsenBurner, someone with a sick sense of humor. I saw an interview yesterday with the sister of one of the men who were on a plane which crashed a few months ago in the area. Four of the five bodies were never recovered so it looks like, at least, some of the investigators believe that that is the connection.

It gets even creepier:

They just keep popping up!
