ABC News reports she delivered the 4 babies at 26 weeks, all are in NICU in incubators.
She decided to have more kids when her 10 year old asked for a little brother/sister.
Right, because a parent always allows their young child to decide what is appropriate.
The kid should have asked for a puppy.
^^Or a Porsche. It would have been far cheaper than four siblings. Now the poor little guy isn’t going to get any attention!
This is why I like gardening so much, every little seeds I have I need to get them sprouted, they are my babies.
She is selling the story to the media. Blech. Double blech.
What. A. Surprise.
“This is why I like gardening so much, every little seeds I have I need to get them sprouted, they are my babies.”
That could increase stress. What about when the slugs or the deer eat your babies? So many to worry about.
And the article I linked in #125 says the youngest (until now) is 9. Oldest of those 13 is 44, by 5 different fathers. Gee, what a role model.
Except for her advanced age (for baby making purposes, that is), she’d fit right in over here in the US.
The babies are a good size for 26 weekers, between 1 lb 7 oz and 2 lb 2 oz.
There we go, and we thought TLC was out of luck! They should hurry up and snatch this opportunity - it is a better freak show material than the Duggars.
The 10 yr old is probably kicking herself - she could have had her pony but wasted the chance.
Post #127, I don’t have those problems yet except for the grasshoppers. In my case, instead of whack a mole, I whack a grasshopper. But I have enough in my garden for everybody. I give them away to people I know anyway.
You know those grasshoppers can be dipped in chocolate for a tasty treat. Eat insects instead of beef, and save the world!
Though I’m going to stick to my beef, you go ahead and try it.
Haha, I did try chocolate covered ants offered by this guy from Ecuador, I think he bet me and our group $100 if we tried. We did try but I never saw the $100 ever.
Btw, just minutes ago I went outside to pick my vine ripen tomato and it was gone. Maybe it was mole.
@DrGoogle and @busdriver11, you seem to be in the wrong thread. At least, your mole/garden posts for me are showing up in the 65 yr old German woman thread.
Actually cf, the mole/garden comments started with DrGoogle saying her seedlings were like her babies, so it actually fits in. Probably more appropriate to put them here (or in a gardening thread) than the actual whack a mole thread. You know how tangents can happen.
Wonder where that tomato went to. Belch!
Ok, sorry. Threads do drift, don’t they?
Yes they sure do. Some more than others, and some of us have short attention spans. Look, squirrel!
Bus, what wine goes best with insects?
