690 or retake: for MIT

June SAT subject tests scores are out! Congrats to everyone who did well!

And to those who received a depressing score like me, it’s not the end of the world! It only means you wont get accepted by the colleges you apply, you will go to some unknown college and hope to transfer but fail and be sad the rest of your lives. Just kidding. I’m sure you’ll do fine.

On that note, I took the Biology E test and got a 690! Yay… taking AP Bio didn’t help…
(But I took the MathII and Modern Hebrew and got 800. Phew…)

Here’s the thing. I have to send a subject test in math and science for MIT.
Should I retake Bio? Would Modern Hebrew make up for that? (sort of, a little, a bit?)

Are you a native hebrew speaker or you learned hebrew in an american high school?
If you’re non-native then it migh make up for it (though if you can, then re-take). If you are a native speaker, from what i’ve heard colleges really don’t like that people take tests in their mother-tongue as it really doesn’t show and skill or proficiency.

I’m actually Korean. I happened to live in Israel for 11 years, and am currently studying in a German boarding school.
