Okay, I’m applying to a couple of Ivy’s and I just gave my last practice test for SAT physics on sparknotes, and I got a freaking 710! I have my SAT tomorrow!
Just wanted to know, is sparknotes easier/more difficult than the actual SAT and is its curve harsh/lenient.
I have no idea, and I am freaking out so much!

Bump [10 char]
Sorry for the quick bump.
Its very urgent.

Bump BUMP!

Do your best! You can’t do anything now besides a little more prep, so do what you can and try to do your best at the test center tomorrow.

You seem to me the hyper-tense type. Do your best.

From looking at these posts, most folks seem to do much better on the real thing than on practice tests. Sometimes by quite a bit.

generally, I’ve noticed that competitive students tend to go into beast mode when the real thing comes along, similar to how big time athletes show up in the 4th quarter, 9th inning, or the back 9 of the 4th round.

^haha I think that’s how I am. On practice tests for the SAT, I only once barely broke 2100, but on the real thing I managed a 2170. Not a huge jump, but it was still a lot higher than I was expecting.

Eh, whether or not we give you an answer, there’s nothing you can do about it now. You just have to do your best tomorrow, and worry about the results later.

^^me too. I make stupid mistakes on practice tests and test reviews, but I’m lights out when it matters most.

*** how can you get a 710 on Physics when -12 still gives a perfect score of 800???

You must be getting like 20 wrong
:O

DemolitX, are you putting down everyone who doesn’t get an 800? You might think you’re better than everyone else, but that doesn’t mean you have to flaunt your arrogance.

DemolitX, you’re a tool.

on sparknotes i got a 690, 760, and 730. real physics test, i got an 800 and i left at least ten blank. you’re probably fine

lol .
